Xeomin 100 IU
Xeomin 100 IU is a powder based injectable that was designed for treating blepharospasm, as well as post-stroke spasticity in upper limbs, and cervical dystonia. The unit doses of Xeomin is not an interchangeable option for other Botulinum toxin products, this is due to the potency levels.
The optimum dosage and the number of injection sites for the treatment area should be determined by the physician, based on each patient individually. However, the initially suggested dose is around 1.25 and 2.5 units per injection area. The dose should never exceed 100 units over 12 weeks.
